The TUCK Team’s Favourite Rugs!

Since the launch of our Tuck Rugs collection a couple of months ago and the rollout of Edition Two of our online magazine, Tuck In, many of our gorgeous one-of-a-kind rugs have found homes. But not to worry! We still have dozens in stock and ready to take home! Today, the Tuck Team has hand-selected each of our favourite rugs, which are still in available in our TUCK Rugs collection!

The TUCK Team’s Favourite Rugs!

Heather Anderson's favourite one-of-a-kind Tuck Rug

The Charlotte Rug - 3'3" X 9'2"

"When Judith and I first unrolled this runner in Montreal, I was captivated by its deep colours and intricate tribal pattern. It wasn’t until we brought it back to the shop that I noticed the charming little birds hand-knotted in the design. Birds always seem to find their way into my home decor, and for that reason, this rug has truly stolen my heart! I also like that it’s just a touch wider than your average runner. This makes it great for entryways, kitchens or to be tucked under the foot of the bed."

Joshua Hayes's favourite Tuck Rug

The Autumn Rug - 6'4" X 9'2"

"The Autumn is one of my absolute favourite Tuck Rugs. Its monochromatic, neutral palette instantly drew me in. Despite its current look, The Autumn originally had just as much colour as any other Tuck Rug. During restoration, the colours were intentionally bleached, giving the rug a fresh, unique style and a new life. It's a perfect rug for serene spaces."

Judith Mackin's favourite one-of-a-kind Tuck Rug

The James Rug - 6'9" X 11'0"

“I'm a big fan of patterns, but I know that with one-of-a-kind rugs, it can sometimes be tricky to place two patterned rugs side by side without it feeling overwhelming. When I saw the 'James' rug on our sourcing trip, I immediately moved it into the YES pile—it’s perfect for placing under a dining table! The framing works beautifully, and its more subdued pattern makes it easier to combine with another patterned rug, perhaps in your adjacent living room.

You can see this for yourself at Tuck, where it’s displayed—naturally—under a dining table and chairs on our Waterside Showroom floor!”

Nina Minkova's favourite one-of-a-kind Tuck Rug

The Cape Spencer Runner - 3'3" X 10'1"

“I was instantly drawn to this runner by its unexpected touch of pink! The rich, intricate pattern is like a little adventure, revealing something new with every step. And with those splashes of green and blue, it ticks all my favourite colour boxes! You can go a little bolder with your colour choices in a hallway, so this one is an excellent option!"

Kate Driscoll's favourite one-of-a-kind Tuck Rug

The Germain Rug - 3'6" X 9'7"

"The Germain was one of the first rugs that truly caught my eye. When we brought in our initial selection of these one-of-a-kind pieces, I was drawn to its rich texture. I also enjoy the geometric patterns and vibrant colours, especially the prominent hues of rust, emerald, and deep blues. Plus, it's aptly named after one of my favourite Uptown streets."

Olivia Lahn Roh's favourite one-of-a-kind Tuck Rug

The Nature Park Rug - 4'8" X 6'3"

"I love the intricacy of The Nature Park! The floral patterns feature petals and vines that are harmoniously woven together. The warm cream and copper tones highlight the delicate floral motifs, while the rich khaki hues add depth and character, enhancing its charm.”

Stella McAloon's favourite Tuck Rug

The Imperial Rug - 8'1" X 12'9"

“I love how this rug blends calming neutral brown tones with the complexity of an intricate Turkish design. The bold pattern paired with a simple colour palette makes it a versatile statement piece for any room. And the thing that cements my love for this rug is knowing it has been dyed using vegetable pigments!”
