Our TUCK Team loves nothing more than taking you from daunted to delighted.Whether you have a piece of furniture in mind and want a second opinion, are looking for some decorative elements to freshen up your space, or are starting from scratch and don’t know where to begin, we’re happy to help.
Our complimentary, half-hour sessions are packed with expert advice and extensive product knowledge to transform your space. Our consults are:

We don’t do generic consultations. Our recommendations are custom-tailored
to you, your lifestyle, and your space.

Our session starts in The Nook, the cozy consult corner of our showroom, where
we TUCK in to share decor inspiration and ideas with you.

Pressure-Free
Your consultation includes a tour of the store, as well as samples, links, quotes,
spec sheets, and answers to all your questions.
Here's how it works:
1. You Book
Click here to fill out the form and book your consult.
2. You Share
The TUCK Team will follow up with an email confirmation, which includes a short questionnaire to get some key info before your appointment. We’ll also ask you to send photos of your space at least 24 hours before your consult so we can prepare recommendations just for you!
3. We Meet
A TUCK Team member is all yours for your 30-minute consult! During that time, they’ll share expert knowledge and inspired ideas on furniture, décor, lighting, and layout.
4. We Eeek!
We take care of your order, including any items that need to be ordered and delivered. Ready for eek!?

In-store consult FAQs
What is the The Nook?
We’re so glad you asked! The Nook is our cozy design consult corner, tucked into the second floor of our showroom and shop. It’s our own little space to TUCK In together to dream about your design and bring it to life.
How long is an in-store consult?
TUCK’s in-store consults are 30 minutes. You’ll be amazed by how much design inspiration and product knowledge we can share in that time.
What does an in-store consult cost?
TUCK’s in-store consults are complimentary. Pretty sweet, eh?
What does an in-store consult include?
When you come in for your consultation, you’ll be greeted by a member of the TUCK Team who has carefully reviewed your photos and questionnaire. They are all yours for the duration of your 30-minute consult!
During that time, we will share ideas for your space, make recommendations on furniture, décor, and lighting, and share our vision for the optimal layout of your furnishings.
We will take you around the store to see and test out any items we have on display. We’ll provide you with samples, links, quotes, and spec sheets. You can ask any questions you have, and provide feedback on our recommendations.
What's not included?
Our in-store consultations do not include recommendations on paint colours, built-in elements, or furnishings from other stores. They also do not include display boards or CAD drawings. If you require advice in any of these areas, please visit our in-home and virtual consultation services!
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Life happens; we get it! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us 24 hours notice.
