Here’s how it works:

1. You Book

Whether you want to refresh one room or explore a whole home overhaul, start here. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you our short questionnaire to get a sense of you, your space, your goals, and your design style!

2. We Meet

Our in-person custom consults are fun, friendly, and inspiring. This is all about your goals, hopes, and–yes!–dreams, how you live, that old couch you’re so over, and those special items you want to keep. Like that dining
room set from your in-laws you really can’t part with.

During our consultation, we offer on-the-spot expert advice and creative solutions on room layout, furniture, paint colours, lighting, and so much more. You won’t believe how much inspiration and tangible takeaways
we can jampack into one hour!

Now, dear client, you’re at what we call a beautiful crossroads! You have two inspiring options to choose from...

3. You Choose

DIY: You got everything you could possibly need from the consult and are ready to run with our ideas on your own. You go, you!

OR

Tuck it up: You want to keep the design party going with us. We’re here for it all! We’ll send you a complete outline of all fees and deliverables (nothing hidden, ever) for a custom plan to transform your space.

4. We Create

Brimming with input from your consultation, the TUCK Team gets to work. We channel our passion and your personality to craft a bespoke interior plan inspired by what you love and how you live.

5. We Reveal

There’s nothing like that first glimpse into a new vision for your space. Take a moment to soak in your tailored plan, complete wit digital display boards with paint colours, wallpaper, flooring, and items from our store, including furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and decor items that will make your space, in a word, stunning! We’ll
also provide an easy-to-follow, detailed budget with links. It’s your own personal “shopping list” you can tailor for your use. Buy it all in one shot, or pick away over time! And don’t forget our incredible payment plans.

6. We Deliver

Let’s turn those ideas into a swoon-worthy living reality, taking the design off the page and into your space. TUCK brings seamless shopping, ordering, and delivery for all your beautiful new furnishings. Plus, we can recommend and provide contacts for our network of top-notch contractors and tradespeople. Whatever it takes to make your space come alive, we’ve got you covered!

In-person design consult FAQs

What is the process for booking an in-person consult?

To start, fill out this form with your name and contact information. The TUCK
team will contact you to schedule a time that works for you, share details on
the next steps, and take payment.

What does an in-person consult cost?

Our fee for a one-hour consult at your home or business is $290.*

*Additional travel fees may apply outside of Greater Saint John. We will let
you know well in advance if so.

How long is the consult?

Our consults are one hour. It’s incredible how many design solutions
we can share in that time!

Can I invite friends or family to join us during the consult?

Please do! The more the merrier!

Are you comfortable with cats and dogs?

Comfortable? We LOVE them! There’s nothing better than being greeted by a
happy fur buddy.

I live outside of Greater Saint John. Can I still schedule a home consult?

We prioritize in-home consultations within Greater Saint John, but we’re
always happy to explore the possibilities for those outside the region based
on availability. A travel fee typically applies, which we will inform you of
before your session. Additionally, virtual consultations are a great option if

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Life happens; we get it! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us
24 hours notice.
