This exciting collaboration introduces Hello Chocolate to the local audience, offering a unique opportunity to savor the finest craft chocolates from around the world!

A Sweet Journey from Ukraine to Singapore, back to Ukraine and now Saint John
Some of you may have already had a chance to welcome Nina to the region, as she joined the TUCK team earlier this year. She and her husband, Dima Minkov, both originally from Ukraine, have a story of passion and dedication. In 2015, Dima founded Hello Chocolate in the vibrant city of Singapore. It was there that this artisanal chocolate venture took root and grew, delighting chocolate enthusiasts with its carefully curated selection of craft chocolates. However, life is full of surprises, and when the Minkovs family decided to return back to Ukraine, they were met by a brutal war. After almost two years of constant turbulence, they finally relocated their family to Saint John this past May and brought Hello Chocolate with them.

The Pop-Up
Hello Chocolate will be opening a temporary location in TUCK's Lounge at 115 Prince William St. And every Friday and Saturday leading up to Christmas, they'll be offering a curated selection of chocolates, perfect for indulgent snacking and holiday gift-giving!
