Job Description:
If you are passionate about interiors, furniture, décor, and merchandising, we are looking for you! As the Sales & Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by providing outstanding customer service both online and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers on the showroom floor and online
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of products available
  • Assisting clients in selecting furniture and décor
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Processing purchases and payments
  • Assisting with social media strategies and photography
  • Developing creative plans for residential and commercial spaces

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and interest in interior decorating and furniture
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and move furniture with proper assistance
  • Experience in retail setting (preferred)

Bonus:

  • Proficient with IOS/Mac computer systems; Microsoft Office, Lightroom, Adobe, Sketchup, Floorplanner, CAD
  • Proficient in Quickbooks and Shopify POS systems 
  • Photography and editing skills
  • Blogging/writing experience
  • Confidence in using social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok

Rewards:

  • Starting wage of $18-$22 per hour (dependent on qualifications)
  • 35-40 hour work week. (Tuesdays-Saturdays)

Job Description:
If you are passionate about interiors, furniture, décor, and merchandising, we are looking for you! As the Sales & Store Assistant, you will be responsible for anticipating the needs of your coworkers and support the Tuck Team with daily operating tasks including, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unloading, unpacking and thoroughly inspecting products arriving at the store to ensure quality control
  • Pricing and preparing stock orders for merchandising
  • Running errands – making small deliveries, purchasing supplies etc.
  • Assisting in rearranging the store and maintaining store visuals protocols
  • Thoroughly tidying and organizing the store, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met at all times
  • Supporting other members of the Tuck Sales and Tuck Interiors team by proactively anticipating their needs and ensuring they have everything prepared for client meetings and presentations
  • Acting as sales support by processing customer transactions through our Quickbooks and/or Shopify POS systems

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
