Return Policy

At Tuck, we take the time to ensure that the product(s) you purchase for your home are right for you and your lifestyle. Since most of the purchases made at Tuck are special orders, custom pieces and art, all furniture is final sale. Decor items can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase. These items must be in their original packaging and in the same overall condition as the day of purchase.

Our floor models are not warranted against defects, and all sales of floor models are final. No exchanges or store credits will be issued.

We try our best to inspect all items as they come into the store and photograph each inspection, but if for some unfortunate reason you get home and the item is defective, please advise us within 24 hours of purchase so we are able to assist. Pictures of any damage or defect, along with an explanation, can be emailed to hello@tuckstudio.ca. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Shipping

Shipping across Canada is available on a case-by-case basis. We currently do not have shipping set up on our website, but we are working on it! In the meantime, please send an email to hello@tuckstudio.ca with the item(s) you are interested in having shipped, along with your address, and a member of our team will be in touch. Shipping costs will apply.
