Kindred Home Care

Before the transformation, the Kindred Home Care office already had great bones—with exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, and warm wood beams. Our challenge was to preserve its historic charm while introducing a refreshed design that felt functional and welcoming.

Kindred Home Care, headquartered right here in Saint John, provides essential home support services across New Brunswick, prioritizing compassion, independence, and community. We were especially thrilled to work on this project, not only because of the organization’s meaningful mission, but also because they’ve recently become our neighbours. Their office is located directly across the street from us on Prince William Street!

The Kindred team brought strong and creative design ideas to the table, which made the collaboration a true joy. Together, we built on the space’s natural beauty—those exposed beams, bricks, and airy ceilings. We layered in modern, mid-century furnishings, statement lighting, and distinctive wallpaper patterns. Green played a central role throughout the space, anchoring the design in warmth and vitality.

This project shows how playful, personality-filled elements can still feel calm, cohesive, and professional when styled with intention. We’re so grateful to the entire Kindred team for trusting us with their corporate head office, and—as always—thankful to the brilliant Kelly Lawson, for capturing the transformation so beautifully.
