Pomodori Pizzeria’s New Uptown Location Before & After
Pomodori Pizzeria Before & After
Pomodori Pizzeria first opened their doors in Rothesay, NB in June of 2008. Since then, owners, Janice MacPherson and Keith Dunphy, have been working tirelessly to continue to grow and develop. In 2014, Janice & Keith reached out to us at Tuck Interiors (Punch Inside at the time) to completely redesign their Rothesay location. We worked closely with them and their team as well as Designer, Lise Hansen from Bonfire, to rebrand and renovate Pomodori in Rothesay.
Fast forward four years and the duo are at it again, this time with a new location in the heart of Uptown Saint John! The new location on Canterbury Street is in the newly restored "Park Place" building by Historica Developments. In addition to it's convenient location, Pomodori Pizzeria is right next to The Picaroon's General Store! Pizza & Beer anyone? Yes please!
Before
The new Pomodori location features exposed brick, historic wood beams, and beautifully restored features. Historica properties has done amazing work in this space and throughout the Park Place building. When Janice & Keith approached us to assist with the design of the new location, we couldn't have been happier. The scope was essentially to update the existing space, come up with a functional layout, and incorporate the branding throughout.
After
A MASSIVE thank you to Janice & Keith for once again trusting us and including us in your business. It is always a pleasure.

Now for the after photos
In 2014, as a part of the updates at their Rothesay location, Pomodori enlisted the services of graphic designer and visual artist, Lise Hansen of Bonfire Stories, to create a new logo and rebrand the restaurant completely. The resulting logo and graphics was the jumping off point for our design. The pallet consists of deep blacks, white, and bright reds. In their new location, In Color Printing took care of resizing all the graphics, printing, and installation.

Central in the restaurant is an Olive Tree surrounded by custom built counters/ storage by Tim Hunter of Artizan Group. The unit houses take away pizza boxes, water, glasses, cutlery, condiments, and napkins for quick access.

The red chairs in Pomodori are comfortable and stylish. These stacking chairs are made of resin with powder coated metal bases. The table tops are virtually indestructible. They're scratch, stain, flame, and heat resistant making them perfect for any commercial setting.
