Hanging Art & Creating Gallery Walls – It’s easier than you think!
Hanging wall art and creating a gallery wall is not as difficult as you may think! With the correct pieces, a mix of framed work, canvases, some mixed in decor or shelves, and a plan, you can create beautiful vignettes and gallery walls for all your artwork and photos. You'd be surprised just how simple it can be, and the impact it will have on your space!

3 Tuck Tips for Hanging Wall Art
#1 Hang at Eye Level
Your art should hang at eye level, usually 57" - 60" from the floor to the centre of the art. For gallery walls, plan it so the centre is approximately eye level.
#2 Use Kraft Paper to Plan & Trace
Kraft paper can be a great tool to trace your art to create a gallery wall. Lay the kraft paper flat on the floor or a large work table and layout your frames, canvases, and other wall decor. You can experiment with placement and spacing. When you have your layout, trace each piece and then tape the kraft paper to the wall to use as a template!
#3 Pair your gallery with 3D decor
When you create a gallery wall to showcase a variety of prints, canvases, and framed photos, we recommend incorporating some 3D wall decor such as a hanging planter or sculpture. This enhances the effect and breaks up the otherwise square and rectangle shapes.
