Big Impact, Small Budget
It all started with the kitchen. Though their space was perfectly functional, our longtime clients Jen and Dave found that the heart of the home they've lived in for ten years just wasn’t sparking joy. Their kitchen felt plain, uninspired, and disconnected from the rest of the home’s style. But after receiving a renovation estimate of $50,000, they knew they didn’t want a full gut job—just a thoughtful revamp. That’s when they called us. With some smart planning and a few strategic cosmetic updates, the results of this no-reno transformation surprised not only Jen and Dave, but our team, too.

When One Refresh Leads to Another...
This one-room refresh then sparked a chain reaction. Energized by the kitchen’s new look, Jen and Dave decided to also spruce up some other rooms in their house. Together, we went on to update five rooms in total—beginning with the kitchen and flowing through the dining room, living room, sunroom, and finally, converting a spare bedroom into a welcoming bonus retreat space! And the best part? We stayed within budget by thoughtfully rearranging existing pieces and layering in a few impactful decor touches.
