Join us this Saturday, April 27th, for a one-day-only Pop Up Shop in collaboration with two fantastic local businesses: Sweetie Bee's 🐝 and ELM & ASH 🍞! Plus, our beautifully handcrafted serving boards from Duke Blois have just been restocked for the perfect pairing!

Sweetie Bees is run by Lincoln, a 13-year-old beekeeper and entrepreneur from Rothesay. Using the wax he collects from his hives, he creates beautiful beeswax-based “beauty-wellness” products.

Just in time for spring, Lincoln is releasing three new products at Tuck this Saturday: a lavender hand and cuticle cream, a mosquito repellent bar, and a natural sunscreen – all made using his own local beeswax and other organic ingredients.

Using the money he earns from his business, Lincoln buys more hives to help grow the bee population in New Brunswick because bees are crucial to our food supply, flowers and farmers, and we need lots more than we have today.

With the money he earned last year, he was able to purchase six new hives, which arrived in the past few days, and his goal is to earn enough to buy 10 hives next year.

"I want to help the bees because the bees help us in so many ways." - Lincoln

Elm & Ash is a micro sourdough bakery, run by local Dane, Jesper, and his family in Hampton. They use local, organic and sustainable ingredients to create delicious, healthy, and oh so crunchy Nordic inspired sourdough breads.

The menu for Saturday will include:

  • Traditional country boule (Land Brød, $10)
  • Multigrain boule (Elm & Ash, $12)
  • Focaccia (Fjæld Brød, $13)
  • RyeBrød (Traditional Danish RyeBread $15)
  • And their sweet + salty loaf (MorMor, $13)

These delightful and delicious products are sure to sell out, so be sure to come early! Our doors open at 10am!
