Virtual Home Consults with Judith: Help is Just a Few Clicks Away

So, here’s the thing: as I’m sure you’re more than acutely aware, Physical Distancing has been going on for a month or more now. Having been driven deeply indoors by current circumstances, when we’re not making rich, deep, and lasting eye contact with Netflix, some of us have become painfully aware that certain rooms and areas of our home are not holding up their end in terms of offering aid and comfort!

Well, I’d like to help. Invite me over, virtually, and let’s talk!

Safely ensconced in your smartphone or iPad, we can walk through your home and I’ll do everything in my power to help you make your space more warm, welcoming, and beautiful. TUCK has a proven track record when it comes to offering expert advice on room layouts, furnishings, lighting, art, flooring, and paint choices. Hey, it’s what we do.

1. Well, for some of you, you might have to get over your fear that this is somehow going to be a ‘technical nightmare’. Au contraire! (If you’re reading this you obviously know how to use the internet; the rest is child’s play.) Once you commit to a timeslot, our fabulous Tuck team will send you an email with the confirmed date and time of your virtual consult, along with simple instructions on how to make this happen. We use Google Hangouts, an easy and secure way to video chat. Don’t have a Google account? No problem! The link will still work for you!

2. Schedule it (see info below). Yes, it’s just that easy!

Once we jump on the screen together, you and I will walk through your home, focusing on the areas that require attention. During the consult, I’ll give you helpful tips and advice on how to improve each room, and I’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you have along the way.

The amount of information, direction, and advice you can receive within an hour is really quite amazing!

In order to get the most out of your consult, we recommend doing the following five things to prepare for your consult:

I. Make a list of questions, organized by room.
II. Take time to walk through your home on your own, identifying where you think change is necessary.
III. Pick out the things that you really like and probably don’t want to change about your home. It’s easy to say what you don’t like but selecting things you do will help me understand your style and needs.
IV. Identify how you envision using each area of your home.
V. Think about budget. It doesn’t need to be detailed or accurate, just what you hope to spend.

Actually – it’s six things!

VI. Finally, remember to be concise. It’s only an hour! Don’t try to spread too much into that hour.

These simple preparations will help to ensure you get the most out of your hour. Remember to have a pen and paper ready to jot down any notes. (If you’d prefer to record on your phone or camera, that’s perfectly fine as well!)

Maybe the best part of all? We can both show up dressed up (or down?) in Corona Casuals!

Home Virtual Consults are $160/ hour.

Oh, but here’s the deal: If you end up purchasing $1000 of merchandise from TUCK in the 30 days following your consult (and trust us, there is absolutely no obligation to buy anything from us), we’ll take the entire fee $160.00 off your invoice!
