GUS* MODERN
All Gus* Modern products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you are unsure or need more information before you commit to your purchase, please contact us and we’ll assist you to ensure you make the right decisions and are confident in your purchases.
Once an order has been placed for Gus* Modern, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

UMBRA
Umbra purchases can be exchanged or returned for a Tuck store credit minus the return shipping cost up to 7 days after receipt of the product. All products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please contact us prior to shipping anything back so we can make proper arrangements.
You will receive a credit once the product is received in the warehouse and the merchandise has been inspected. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

LOCAL ART
All local art is final sale. Please contact us before placing an order if you’re unsure and we’ll happily assist you to make the right decisions, so you feel confident about your purchase.

 

DAMAGES/ CLAIMS

 

GUS* MODERN STORE PICK UP
When an item arrives at our store, we always inspect it thoroughly before letting you know it has arrived. We take it out of the box, check over the surface, ensure there’s nothing loose or broken, and confirm it has all the necessary hardware if any is required. We take photos of the item and then carefully repack it and notify you when the item(s) ready for pick up.

In the unlikely event an item is damaged when you get it home, we ask that you contact us right away, no more than 24 hours after receipt, to submit a claim for review. Please send photos and a detailed description of your claim and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Claims made after the 24 hour period will not be honoured.

GUS* MODERN DROP SHIPPING
Gus* Modern offers free drop shipping via UPS for anything under 50lbs. These items ship direct from Gus* Modern’s warehouse to your home and never come to Tuck and therefore, we never have an opportunity to inspect. Gus* Modern however takes extra care to ensure your item(s) are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping.

UMBRA
Umbra is drop shipped direct from their warehouse to your home and therefore the product is never inspected by Tuck. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to file a claim. Send photos and a detailed description of the damage. Claims made after the 24 hour period will not be honoured. 

Once a claim has been filed, we will report it Umbra for review/ approval.

Please note that Tuck is not liable for damage caused by third party delivery companies, shipping companies, or movers. If an item or items become damaged in transport, the damage must be noted with the driver and a claim must be submitted with the third party company. Boxes and packaging should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and drivers must be made aware of noticeable damage to packaging before leaving.
